Freedom Day Services is a day centre for adults with additional needs, based at 151 Stoke Road in Gosport.

We bring people together through activities, shared interests and time in the community. Our paid staff and volunteers help make the centre a friendly place where people can feel included and be themselves.

Who is the day centre for?

Our day centre is for adults with additional needs. Please speak to the team about the person’s interests and support requirements so we can discuss suitability before attendance is arranged.

Can I visit with a family member or someone who supports me?

Contact us to arrange a visit and tell us who you’d like to bring. We can agree a suitable time and discuss any access requirements.

What are your opening times and fees?

Please contact the centre for current opening times, available days and fees, including what is covered and any extra costs for outings or transport. We’ll explain the arrangements before you decide.

How do referrals work?

You, a family member or a professional can contact our team to start a conversation. We’ll explain what information is needed and discuss suitability, support arrangements and availability.

What if I need help with personal care or medication?

Please discuss this directly with our team. Any assistance must be agreed in advance and within the support arrangements we can offer. Please don’t send medical records or detailed health information through the enquiry form.

Are you CQC registered?

Freedom Day Services is not CQC registered. Please contact us to understand the scope of our day service and whether it meets your needs.

Where can I find your policies or raise a concern?
